365 Day Project - Week 25

Two weeks to go!  Two weeks until we finish in Vitoria and I head to Canada for two glorious weeks and then back to Brazil to get settled in Belo Horizonte.  Our house is half-packed and poor W. is going to have the job of organizing the move while I am away so I will have to make sure to bring him some nice gifts from Canada :)  Here are a few shots from this week.  Enjoy!

365 Day Project - Week 24

Ok, so I have been holding off with my big news until everything was finalized, but now....here it is!  W. and I have decided for a variety of reasons to leave Vitoria and move to Belo Horizonte, the city close to where W. grew up.  As much as we have enjoyed our time in Vitoria, we are very excited to live in a bigger city again and to be close to W's friends and family.  I was also lucky enough to get a new job teaching Junior Kindergarten at a CANADIAN private school in Belo Horizonte and I am absolutely thrilled. If you want to see where we are going check out this map.  Our big move will come at the end of July after I make a very anticipated trip to Canada for a 2 week holiday :)  Anyways that's the news from here and also my photos from this week.  Enjoy!

365 Day Project - Week 23

Wow, I can't believe W. and I have been married for 5 months already...and that I have almost been here for 1 year.  It makes me think that my Portuguese should be much better by now.  This week was fairly uneventful and we had a very relaxing four day holiday.  I still have news I want to share but unfortunately I can't reveal it yet....so stay tuned!  Here are some shots from this week.

365 Day Project - Week 22

Last week was a little bit crazy again with another trip to the hospital :(  This time it was for a repeat allergy attack from some unknown source.  Luckily I had my lovely husband looking after me and I was back to normal after a couple days.  The sun was out again so we were able to enjoy a few nice beach days.  I am going to have some exciting news to share with you soon as well so stay tuned!
